Q: How do I measure correctly?
Measure between the centrelines of the mounting hardware (centreline of legs). Order the awning that matches that centre-to-centre measurement.

Q:  How long does Delivery of this item take?

Due to the size of these awnings, delivery can take up to 15 Business days to deliver.

Q: Will this awning fit my existing Dometic 8300 or 8500 hardware?
Yes. The 8700 is designed to work with 8300 and 8500 hardware. The roller is preset for 8300 lengths. If replacing an 8500, you must move the right-hand top casting to the outer hole as shown in the service instructions.

Q: Is this a complete awning with arms and legs?
No. It is supplied as fabric on a roller with grey end caps fitted. Arms and hardware are not included.

Q: What do I need for a brand-new installation?
You will need a hardware kit and rope Track as well as this awning.

Q: How far does the awning extend?
Full extension is 2.3 metres.
