Not Compatable with:

ceramic bowl models (those require the ceramic-bowl Fresh-Up Set)

Q: How do I know if my toilet has a plastic or ceramic bowl?
Plastic bowls are lightweight with a molded finish, while ceramic bowls are heavier and glossy like porcelain.

Q: How do I know which Thetford cassette toilet model I have?

Model Sticker

Open the cassette door on the outside of your van. On the inside wall or the cassette itself, Thetford normally places a silver sticker with the exact model number (e.g., C402L, C403R).

Cassette can be identified by colours of fittings on cassette.
