The Sphere Portable Induction Cooktop delivers up to 2000W of cooking power in a slim, portable design that is easy to set up, operate and store, making it a practical additional cooking option for suitably equipped caravans, motorhomes, holiday accommodation and homes.

Induction technology heats compatible cookware directly rather than heating a traditional element first. This provides rapid heat-up, responsive temperature control and improved energy efficiency.

Simple sensor-touch controls allow you to choose between eight power levels from 200W to 2000W or eight temperature settings from 80°C to 240°C. Four preset cooking modes make everyday meal preparation easier, while the adjustable timer can be set from one minute to four hours. A separate delay function also allows the cooktop to begin operating after a selected period.

The A-grade black crystal cooking surface provides a sleek finish and can be wiped clean with ease. The included non-slip silicone mat helps protect the surface from scratches while reducing cookware movement. Built-in overheat, overvoltage and overcurrent protection provide additional peace of mind during operation.

Power and Cookware Requirements

The cooktop requires a 220–240V AC, 50/60Hz power supply capable of supporting its maximum 2000W output. When using the cooktop in an RV, ensure the electrical supply, outlet, wiring and circuit are suitably rated. Do not connect it to an outlet already supplying several other appliances.

When operating from an inverter, confirm with the inverter manufacturer that the system is suitable for a 2000W induction appliance.

Induction-compatible cookware is required. Suitable cookware must have a flat, magnetic base and measure between 12cm and 26cm in diameter. Steel, cast iron and compatible stainless-steel cookware can be used. Glass, ceramic, aluminium, copper and other non-magnetic cookware are not suitable. As a general guide, cookware should work if a magnet sticks securely to its base.
