Built for comfort on the go, the Eberspächer Hydroplate is a compact, diesel-powered water heating solution designed for motorhomes, caravans, welfare vehicles, utility vans and mobile mess facilities. Whether you’re parked up or on the move, this system delivers consistent performance with minimal power draw.

The Hydroplate connects to either a separate diesel tank or taps directly into your vehicle’s existing diesel supply. It runs on 12V DC power and takes just 10–15 minutes to deliver a steady flow of hot water at approximately 40°C—ideal for washing or showering in off-grid environments. The water output is matched to your setup, working best with a domestic pump flow rate of 5–10 litres per minute.

At the heart of the system is the powerful Hydronic HS3D5E heater, offering a maximum heat output of 5,000 W with variable control to suit demand. Despite its high performance, fuel consumption is low—just 0.59 L/h at full output—and electrical draw remains efficient at 32 W in operation.

Optional fan matrix units are available for applications requiring ducted warm air, adding flexibility for tailored climate control inside your vehicle.
